Fetch Cambridge - Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully, so that you fully understand the various booking/membership options and conditions.

Single Bookings (Individual or Group Walks)

Single Booking payments are taken at the time off your booking through the Fetch Cambridge website (insert link) via PayPal. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your walk for a full refund, however cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate.

Monthly Memberships (Individual or Group Walks)

Monthly Memberships will have access to a members login area were '1 Walk = 1 Credit'. The members login is where you can schedule all your dog walks in advance using your credits. You can access your members login area here. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your walk for a full refund, however cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate.

Monthly Memberships Payments (Individual or Group Walks)

Monthly membership payments will need to be set up as re-occurring monthly payments on the same day each month. Payment must be set up as a monthly Standing Order to (Sort: 20-25-25, Account #: 93552063, Ref: Dogs Name). Once your monthly payments are processed there will be no refunds issued at any time. However, you may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your member login area on the Fetch Cambridge website or by emailing mell@fetchcambridge.co.uk.

Bookings

All bookings are booked through the Fetch Cambridge website members area. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend that you book your walks in advance, as unused credits will expire after a month from purchase and cannot be carried forward.

Membership Pause Policy

Monthly memberships may be paused at any time and for any reason. All we ask is that you provide one months’ notice, and email mell@fetchcambridge.co.uk to arrange the pause.

On/Off Lead Walking

When booking your dog in for any type of walk with Fetch Cambridge you have the option to indicate how you would like the Fetch Cambridge walker to walk your dog:

  • Please keep my dog on a lead at ALL times (default)
  • I give permission to let my dog ‘off lead’ to play in parks/green spaces
  • I give permission for ‘off lead’ walking at any time.


If you grant permission for your dog to be walked ‘off lead’, this is at your own risk. Your Fetch Cambridge walker will do everything in their power to take excellent care of your dog whilst off lead, however without lead control we are unable to restrain your dog, and cannot be liable if harm, injury, loss of dog or death occurs. Please Note: If ‘off lead’ permission is granted by you the owner, Fetch Cambridge, will only let your dog off lead when your walker feels it is safe to do so. Please know your dog walker is a trained canine first aider and is fully insured through Pet Business Insurance for Dog Walker/Pet Taxi/Pet Sitter.

Offer and Acceptance Fetch Cambridge reserves the right to accept or reject any client or dog for dog walking. If rejected a full refund will be issued.   Acknowledgement of risks, injury and obligations I acknowledge that the activity my dog will undertake on walks may be dangerous and that by participating in walks my dog is exposed to certain risks. I acknowledge and understand that whilst my dog is in Fetch Cambridge care: 1.) Whilst your Fetch Cambridge walker will take all due caution to look after your dog, there is always a risk of injury. 2.) Whilst your Fetch Cambridge walker will take all due caution to look after your personal property e.g., leads, harnesses etc., loss or damage may occur and will not be the responsibility of Fetch Cambridge. 3.) You assume the risk of and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my dog’s participation in the activity.
